Please prepare the following materials:
Eggs x3, seafood platter, crab stick, carrot, spring onion, potato starch
Wash carrot, remove peel and cut into shreds. Spring onion cut into dices.
Cut seafood and crab stick into small pieces.
Pour some oil into a pan and fry with carrot to half cooked for later use.
Stir the eggs with seasoning, salt x 1 spoon, potato starch x 1 spoon.
Add right amount of oil to the pan. Pour the egg liquid into the pan and rotate the pan to let the liquid evenly distributed in the pan.
Cover with seafood, carrot and spring onion and fry with small fire.
Turn over into half moon. Cut into pieces after cooked.
